Your Role:

  • Collaborate on innovative employee relations initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in an international setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of German employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR software; experience with SD Worx/UKG HR Database relevant databases is a plus.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively.
  • Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical practices.
