Responsibilities:

Manage and process payroll for employees accurately and timeliness of the DE/NL/BE monthly payrolls.
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams for payroll-related matters.
Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and documentation.
Encourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all internal clients, co-workers, stakeholders and outside vendors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
3+ years Payroll experience.
Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications.
Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills.
Experience with UWV.
Experience with UKG Database would be desirable.
Experience with Immedis payroll is a big plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
